Activists occupy tollgates over the weekend

The sign reads, ‘No to toll fees, we don’t pay – neither should you.’ Hundreds of activists forced open the barriers at 19 toll stations across the country to allow motorists to pass through without paying. Protesters object to the collection of tolls by private contractors who operate the booths and are expanding the country’s highway network.
