A battle that must be won

The financial crisis is not the sole threat facing the country.

There are also the vulgar role models promoted by televised democracy, violent extremist talk as well as business barons who wish to retain control inside or outside the euro.

This bevy?s fight for survival has nothing to do with the struggle of millions of Greeks fighting for their families.

The country currently lacks inspired personalities who could demonstrate to public opinion that the road to growth exists, away from corruption and the inability of the old political system.

The premier and the government are fighting a war which must be won and there?s only one way to go about it: fighting together with coalition partners Evangelos Venizelos and Fotis Kouvelis to get over the last hurdle and for a bit of light to appear at the end of the tunnel.
