GREECE-BULGARIA I: The Greek-Bulgarian trade and payments agreement was signed at the Foreign Ministry yesterday. The agreement, valid for a year, provides for transactions of $1,800,000 on each side. After the signing ceremony, the head of the Bulgarian mission, Mr Branicev, replied to a question on the current Greek-Bulgarian talks in Paris for the purpose of restoring diplomatic relations between the two countries. He said that in his opinion, «things were going well.» GREECE-BULGARIA II: After yesterday’s meeting between Prime Minister Alexandros Papagos and the Foreign Minister Stefanos Stephanopoulos, instructions were sent to the Greek ambassador in Paris regarding the continuation of bilateral talks with Bulgaria on the restoration of diplomatic relations. P. ZEPOS: Professor Panayiotis Zepos, who has just been appointed professor of civil law at the university, is to give his inaugural address in the university’s great ceremonial hall on Tuesday, December 8 at 7 p.m. on the subject «The Modern Greek Science of Civil Law.» ACROPOLIS MUSEUM: The construction of the new Acropolis Museum is to be completed by month’s end.
