There is no doubt that the migrant crisis is coming to the boil.
The fact that the government feels the need to attack the opposition and local authorities in an attempt to rid itself of the blame for its mess and convince the public that everyone else is at fault, is not just wrong; it is also dangerous, because the combination of simmering tensions at refugee and migrant camps, increasing nervousness and hostility in host communities, together with constant political confrontations and divisions, is a very risky mix.
