No plan in sight

Greek MPs will likely ratify the fourth memorandum.

The government will further reduce pensions, but will do nothing to stem the huge waste that continues unabated in the state sector. It will not reduce taxes and will allow the obstacles to foreign investment to remain in place.

Of course the people are angry. They were promised one thing and are being given another. Yet the worst thing is that after so many years in this crisis, the government has no recovery plan.
