Selective immunity

Efforts to protect the vested interests of yesteryear while at the same time creating a new system of political and business entanglement are far from subtle.

New media companies are under close scrutiny. Banks are being extremely strict with them. That would of course be a good thing if it applied to all, because there was a lot of wrongdoing in previous years too, also with responsibility of the banks.

There are evidently entrepreneurs out there who have huge debts but a great deal of private wealth who enjoy a peculiar status of immunity.

The judicial authorities’ failure to take action is hard to understand.
