American interest has been displayed in two directions: a) in an official demarche to the British government recommending that it not «burn its bridges» or cut off all talks with the Cypriots, and b) warm support for acceptance of the Cypriots’ demand that were heard in the US House of Representatives. It starred Georgios Glynos, Thanos Kotsopoulos, Vyron Pallas and Jenny Karezi.
