GREECE-USSR: Paris, 13 – The sudden initiative by Soviet Foreign Minister Dimitris Sepilov to visit Athens has caused a stir among NATO circles here. Undoubtedly, they say, Russian diplomacy is aimed at extending the general peace offensive to the most sensitive area of the Atlantic alliance, that is, Greece.
