FREUD’S DAUGHTER: London, 12 – Anna Freud, the daughter of the father of psychoanalysis, Sigmund Freud, recently received a letter containing death threats bearing the signature of a certain «Adolf Hitler.» Miss Freud, who is also a psychoanalyst, told a an Old Bailey court today that she believes the writer of the letter to be one of her patients, a 34-year-old British worker who had chosen the pseudonym «Adolf Hitler» to terrorize her, for reasons which he himself was unable to explain. The patient asked for the pardon of the court, which has reserved judgment. ATHENS FESTIVAL: The Athens Festival box office reopens tomorrow morning to sell tickets for all performances in the festival, which is to be opened by opera star Maria Callas on August 1. The Athens Festival committee has received the final program for the two concerts to be given by the Minneapolis Symphony Orchestra on September 7 and 8. Of particular interest will be the premiere of the symphonic work «Music for Orchestra» by American composer Henry Cowell.
