A drawing of the Queen Mary II, which will become the largest-ever passenger ship and which is being built by French company Alstom Chantiers de L’Atlantique in St Nazaire, France. Athens 2004, the Olympic Games organizing committee, yesterday announced it had signed a contract with owners Cunard to use the Queen Mary II as one of 11 ships to be anchored in Piraeus to accommodate some 13,000 VIP guests.
