It?s make-or-break time in the Euroleague playoffs

It?s Panathinaikos?s best chance and Olympiakos?s last chance to reach the Euroleague final four in basketball as Game 4 of the best-of-five quarterfinal playoff series on March 31 will likely prove decisive for both Greek sides involved.

Panathinaikos leads Barcelona 2-1 after scraping through Game 3 at home with a 76-74 score on March 29 and can clinch its ticket to the semifinals with another home victory, again at home.

?This is also the last chance for us,? Greens coach Zeljko Obradovic suggested to Kathimerini. ?We will think there might be a fifth game at our peril.?

Olympiakos has its back against the wall after going down 81-72 at Monte dei Paschi di Siena on Tuesday to trail its opponent 2-1 after the first three games. Another loss in Italy will mean elimination for the Reds.

?We?ll fight on and try to take the series to a fifth game in Piraeus,? pledged Olympiakos skipper Thodoris Papaloukas.
