On Friday Panathinaikos strolled to a 70-59 victory over Red Star Belgrade after an imposing first-half performance (46-25 at half-time).

The margin grew in the second half before the Greens dropped a gear, allowing the Serbs to reduce the deficit in the end to just 11 points.

James Gist led the scoring with 17 points, just ahead of Nick Calathes (16 points).
