Vouliagmeni will play tonight in its third straight women’s Champions Cup water polo final, after downing Italy’s Orizzonte Catania 12-9 yesterday in the second semifinal of the Final Four held on Corfu. Holder Vouliagmeni was trailing 5-3 but scored six unanswered goals to take the tie beyond the Italians. At 7 p.m. the Athens side will face Russian team Kinef Kirishi which in the first semifinal defeated the other Greek side of the event, Olympiakos, with a 12-11 score in extra time. Regulation time had ended 10-10 as Olympiakos’s inexperience resulted in numerous errors by its players. Olympiakos will face Catania for the third spot at 5 p.m.
