Athenian Brewery, which sells Amstel and Heineken beer in Greece, topped a ?Great Place to Work? list, according to results published on Monday.
The annual survey, put together by ALBA business school and consultants Great Place to Work Institute, ranked Elais-Unilever Hellas and Tasty Foods in second and third place respectively for large sized companies (with more than 250 employees). Hygeia came in fourth place, followed by Media Strom and Pharmathen.
The survey asked employees to rank employers based on the credibility of management, respect towards workers, a sense of justice in the company, level of pride to be involved in the company and companionship with peers.
Xerox topped the Great Place to Work list for the smaller category of companies, employing between 50 to 250 people. It was followed on the list by Kri Kri and Imperial Tobacco Hellas.
The survey questioned over 7,000 employees from 42 companies.
