Two held in central Athens over Aug 4 gas station holdup
Police have arrested two men in the Athens suburb of Kypseli on suspicion of holding up a gas station.
Officers said the pair, Albanian nationals aged 23 and 26, carried out an armed raid on the gas station on August 4.
They allegedly stole 26,000 euros in cash from the owner.
Police found two shotguns, two knives and a knuckle duster at the suspects’ apartment.
