Greek and Serbian elite soldiers train together

A major 10-day joint training exercise between Greek and Serbian special forces units concluded on Saturday. Running November 6 to 17 at sea and on land around the Special Forces Training Center of Attica, the exercises by Greek paratroopers and a Serbian reconnaissance battalion included static-line and free-fall jumps, shooting with portable weapons, closed-circuit rebreather diving and delivering first aid on the battlefield. The exercises were coordinated by the Joint Chiefs of Staff’s Special Operations unit. [ANA-MPA]
