The Trianon cinema will be screening “Tom of Finland,” a Finnish biography drama by award-winning filmmaker Dome Karukoski on the life of one of the most influential figures of 20th century gay culture, artist Touko Laaksonen (1920-91), renowned for his homoerotic art, from January 25 to 31. The film has been awarded by the Fipresci union of European film critics and has been nominated for Best Foreign Language Film at the Oscars. It is in Finnish with Greek subtitles.
