Kouris trial postponed until June 29

The trial of media owner Giorgos Kouris, who was arrested last week for allegedly owing the state some 300,000 euros in unpaid taxes, has been postponed until June 29.

The trial was put off after his lawyers produced documents showing that Kouris, who owns Alter TV and Avriani newspaper, had arranged with tax authorities to pay the outstanding amount in installments.
