EOPYY doctors launch go-slow action

Doctors working with the National Organization for Healthcare Provision (EOPYY) were to launch go-slow action on Monday in protest at their nonpayment by the organization.

Doctors have demanded that they be paid their dues and want an audit of the organization’s expenditures. They have also said that from September 3 they would demand payment for consultations directly from patients insured with EOPYY.

Pharmacists, who are also protesting nonpayment of dues by EOPYY, are also to continue their own protest by not supplying drugs on credit to people insured with the organization.
