Police investigating suspected murder of 83-year-old Piraeus man

Police on Wednesday were seeking the perpetrator behind the apparent murder of an 83-year-old man who was found dead in his home in Kaminia, a suburb of Piraeus.

The elderly man bore a wound to the head, according to police sources who said there were no signs of a break-in at the house.

The man was discovered by a neighbor who alerted the police.
