Organized crime and terrorism

In the last few years it has become increasingly evident that a time bomb is ticking away in prison facilities across the country.

The osmosis between members of organized crime organizations and those belonging to terrorist groups is a particularly dangerous phenomenon.

It is also the kind of situation that is gradually taking on increasingly greater dimensions.

It is particularly difficult nowadays knowing who is behind major heists, attempted kidnappings or what appear to be terrorist attacks.

The countrys political powers have to realize that this is a very serious situation. They must put their differences aside and come together in order to tackle this major problem.

The country should not be allowed to go down the road that certain Latin American countries have.

Countries are reduced to even greater poverty and fall apart even more when gang law is imposed on the streets, irrespective of the interests and ideologies it supposedly represents.
