Children’s Book Fair starts at Helexpo

The Children’s Book Fair starts today, promising a journey into the world of knowledge and imagination. Browse books from 38 publishers; choose from more than 100 events – competitions, readings, talks, meetings with authors and illustrators, and theater and music performances, organized by the National Book Center of Greece (EKEBI) and the Greek Children’s Book Circle. Britain is the guest of honor and the British Council has an exciting program lined up at its Superbook stand, with writers, illustrators and publishers, as well as a performance poetry band. The fair is run by EKEBI and the Panhellenic Federation of Publishers and Booksellers at the Helexpo exhibition center (39 Kifissias Avenue, Maroussi, 9 a.m. – 8 p.m., January 23-26).
