A year later, images from Ground Zero
As the first anniversary of the terrorist attacks on New York and Washington draws closer, the United States is holding events, exhibitions and meetings that it won’t forget or allow others to forget. American Ambassador Tom Miller and Attiko Metro CEO Vassilis Economopoulos invite the public to the opening of the Joel Meyerowitz photography exhibition «Images from Ground Zero» at Syntagma metro station on September 5, 1 p.m. The exhibition runs till September 12, and on September 11, Miller and his wife Bonny will receive journalists and friends for a memorial ceremony at the ambassador’s residence at 11 a.m.
