The Cine Doc series return to the French Institute in Athens on Tuesday, September 29, with a screening of “The Forecaster,” directed by Marcus Vetter. The documentary, which is in English, follows Martin Armstrong, a former American financial adviser who developed a computer model predicting economic turning points. Armstrong has predicted that a sovereign debt crisis will begin to unfold on a global level in early October. The screening will be followed by a Q&A session with Vetter and Armstrong. The event will be broadcast live to audiences across Europe and questions from European audiences will be taken via the Internet. Starts at 8 p.m.
