The Snow Queen | Athens | December 17-27

The Kiev National Opera Ballet will be performing “The Snow Queen” at the Athens Concert Hall in a series of shows from December 17 to 27. Choreographed by Aniko Rekhviashvili, the two-act ballet is based on the much-loved fairy tale penned by Hans Christian Andersen, with music by P.I. Tchaikovsky, Anatoly Lyadov, Anton Rubinstein, Edvard Grieg and Jules Massenet. Shows start at 4 p.m. on December 17, 18, 21, 23, 26 and 28, at 8 p.m. on December 17, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 25, 26 and 27, and at noon on December 18. Admission ranges from 28 to 60 euros.
