OTE shares soar on talk of move from Deutsche Telekom
Shares in OTE telecom, 30 percent held by Deutsche Telekom (DT), soared more than seven percent in early trade on the Athens bourse on Monday on speculation that the Bonn-based company may soon up its stake in its Greek unit.
Shares in OTE were up 7.32 percent, trimming opening gains of more than nine percent, at 8.36 euros. The broader market was adding 1.81 percent.
