Wholesale trade turnover index down 9.4% y-o-y in second quarter
The turnover index in wholesale trade decreased by 9.4 percent in the second quarter of this year compared with the same period in 2012, the Hellenic Statistical Authority (ELSTAT) said on Tuesday.
Although the index rose by 11.1 percent compared to the first quarter of the year, it was substantially lower than previous years. Specifically, it was 15.3 percent down on the index in Q2 of 2011, said ELSTAT.
