Arab hands set to land Astir Palace Hotel
The Astir Palace Hotel is almost certainly destined for Arab ownership after the binding bids for the complex in southern Athens were opened late on Monday.
The best offer, 400 million euros, came from Jermyn Street Real Estate Fund IV LP, controlled by AGC Equity Partners.
Turkey’s Dogus also holds a 15 percent stake in Jermyn Street.
