Athens Hygeia obtains 100 pct control of Hygeia Tirana

Listed Diagnostic and Therapeutic Center of Athens Hygeia SA announced it has acquired the remaining 12.4 percent of its Hygeia Tirana SH.A. unit for 3.8 million euros to obtain 100 percent control of Hygeia Tirana’s shares.
