Work to start at conceded properties on Corfu and Skiathos
TAIPED has only a couple more months – if all goes well – before the first shoots of utilization at the real estate property the state sell-off fund has conceded start to show, as the developments’ town planning terms are set for approval.
The property at Cassiope on Corfu and the Xenia Hotel (pictured) on Skiathos will be the first that TAIPED has conceded to investors and will see work start at the sites for their utilization, which will bring revenues into the state coffers.
It has been some five years since TAIPED started the process for the utilization of public properties.
