Visa-free travel to Albania…

The EU’s introduction of visa-free travel to Albania will give the economy its biggest boost in two decades, central bank governor Ardian Fullani said yesterday. ‘This will be the most important thing to happen for the last 20 years for Albania, its citizens and the whole region,’ Fullani told Bloomberg. Gross domestic product is forecast to expand at an annual 3.2 percent this year, with exports driving the recovery and ‘good promises’ for growth in 2011, he said.
