Cyprus Airways said yesterday that it must take immediate steps to ensure its survival and to continue as the country’s national carrier. In a filing to the Cyprus Stock Exchange, the airline said that ‘immediate further drastic measures are necessary to ensure the company’s viability,’ without providing further details.
