Man threatens to blow gas canister up

Police say a non-ethnic-Greek man is threatening to blow up himself and the apartment building he lives in with a liquefied gas canister.
Police officers and a special negotiator are on the scene the Athens neighborhood of Agios Panteleimonas.
Police say the man grabbed the gas canister and made his threat after a fight with his girlfriend at their apartment at the corner of Acharnon Avenue and Alkiviadou St.
