Ex-judge charged with trial fixing located in London

In cooperation with Interpol, Greek police tracked down fugitive Antonia Ilia yesterday morning in London, where she was dodging a jail sentence.

Ilia, a former judge, had been sentenced to six years and eight months in jail by a Greek court last November, along with six others, after being found guilty of participating in a trial-fixing ring and dereliction of duty.

She will be extradited by British authorities in order to serve her sentence, police said.
