Arsonists who targetted Attica homes sought
Police in Attica on Friday were seeking the perpetrators behind two arson attacks targeting homes in the early hours of the morning.
In the first attack, three Molotov cocktails went off outside an apartment block in Ano Patissia, near central Athens, causing damage but no injuries.
At around the same time, unidentified arsonists threw a jerry can containing flammable liquid into the yard of a house in Metamorphosi, north of Athens, and set it alight.
The ensuing fire caused damage but no injuries.
