Daughter of ex-mayor, 22, found safe after four days
The 22-year-old daughter of a former mayor of Ioannina, in northwestern Greece, was returned to her home in Kastoria on Saturday, following her abduction on Wednesday, police said.
Officers arrested the three suspected kidnappers two Greeks and an Albanian — after luring the perpetrators into handing over the girl in exchange for a ransom.
The 22-year-old was said to be unhurt during her ordeal.
