Egyptians held for fatal torture of migrant

Police said on Thursday that they had detained two Egyptian nationals, aged 32 and 39, in Salamina in connection with the murder of a man, aged between 30 and 35, whose body was found outside the Thriasio hospital in Elefsina, western Attica, on Tuesday.

Police said they believed the victim, an immigrant whose ethnic origin has not been determined, was tortured to death.

They are seeking another two Egyptians in connection with the death of the man whose body reportedly bore a deep head wound.
