Taxi bill due next week
The long-delayed law liberalizing taxis will be ready next week, Transport Minister Makis Voridis told journalists on Wednesday after holding talks with cabbies.
Voridis said that the bill would take into account population and environmental criteria, which appears to have satisfied the taxi drivers, who opposed the total liberalization of their sector.
