Ex-ND MP charged with failure to declare assets

Former New Democracy MP Spilios Livanos was charged on Friday by a prosecutor for failing to declare his assets on a source of wealth form (?pothen esches?) in 2009.

Livanos had declared assets of 980,000 euros in 2008 and 2010 but did not put anything down in 2009.

The former deputy said it was a simple oversight.
