Fofi Gennimata appointed PASOK spokeswoman
Fofi Gennimata was officially appointed PASOK’s spokeswoman on Monday.
?We need sensitivity in order to effectively deal with the crisis,? newly-elected Socialist leader Evangelos Venizelos said during a welcome ceremony at the party headquarters, describing Gennimata as a very compassionate individual.
?It is a great responsibility for me to take over, at this crucial moment, as spokesperson of the party which is responsible for all the big changes taking place in this country,? Gennimata told journalists.
?Our responsibility is to overpower ideas that could end the country’s European prospects,? she said.
