Economy and Finance Minister Nikos Christodoulakis (l) with his deputy, Giorgos Floridis, said yesterday that some 80 listed companies would be audited. This follows indications of wrongdoing by the Altec computer firm and Giorgos Batatoudis’s companies. The Finance Ministry Police (SDOE) say the latter removed 7.97 billion drachmas (23 million euros) from his companies without the necessary paperwork.
