Briton missing on Mount Olympus
A large-scale search has been underway since Sunday, bringing together rescue workers and volunteer mountain climbers, for a British man who went missing while hiking on Mount Olympus in northern Greece.
The 53-year-old Briton, whose name was not made immediately public on Tuesday, was reported missing by a friend with whom he was hiking.
Rescue workers have asked for a helicopter to aid them in their search, which is being conducted in rough terrain at an altitude of 2,000 meters.
