Three migrants stabbed in overnight attacks in Athens
Three immigrants were stabbed in Athens on Thursday night in three separate attacks.
All three are being treated at Evangelismos Hospital. One of the victims is reported to be in a serious condition.
Police said one attack took place in the Neos Kosmos neighborhood, where an Albanian man was stabbed. Two Polish men were also stabbed in a different part of the same district.
Witnesses reportedly told police the attackers were wearing crash helmets.
Two immigrants were stabbed earlier this week on the Kifissia-Piraeus electric railway (ISAP). Both attacks have been linked to supporters of Chrysi Avgi (Golden Dawn), the neo-Nazi party that entered Parliament after collecting about 7 percent of votes at the May 6 elections.
