Avramopoulos to attend UN General Assembly next week
Foreign Minister Dimitris Avramopoulos (photo) will travel to the United States on Wednesday where he is scheduled to address the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
Avramopoulos is also expected to meet with UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon as well as Matthew Nimetz, the organization?s mediator in Greece?s name dispute with the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia.
