Two policemen remanded in connection with prostitution racket

Two policemen were remanded in custody in Larissa, central Greece, on Thursday on suspicion of being part of human trafficking ring in the city.

The two officers were among 20 people arrested for allegedly smuggling women into the country and forcing them into prostitution at nightclubs in the area.

Two more suspected members of the gang were remanded on Thursday.
