Sakellakos named Supreme Court deputy prosecutor

Greece’s Supreme Judicial Council on Wednesday appointed the former head of the appeals court prosecutor’s office, Yiannis Sakellakos, as Supreme Court deputy prosecutor.

Born in 1947, Sakellakos has been a judicial official since 1981 and also headed the Athens First Instance Court.
