Fyssas murder suspect due to face magistrate on Monday
The 32-year-old man alleged to have been in the same car as Giorgos Roupakias, the Golden Dawn member who murdered rapper Pavlos Fyssas last month, is due to face a magistrate on Monday.
The suspect is accused of being an accomplice to Fyssas’s murder and appeared before judicial authorities last week but was given more time to prepare himself.
He is one of 32 Golden Dawn MPs and members facing accusations of forming a criminal organization.
