Part of Tripoli-Kalamata highway to close late Wednesday, early Thursday
Part of the national highway connecting the cities of Tripoli and Kalamata in the Peloponnese will be closed starting at 10 p.m. on Wednesday and until 6 a.m. on Thursday.
Authorities announced that access to the national highway would be cut off between the Tripoli Notia and the Athinaiou junctions on both directions. Motorists were invited to use the old Tripoli-Kalamata highway instead.
The closure of the national highway was taking place in view of a scheduled exercise being conducted at the Kalogerikos tunnel.
