Two indicted in Thessaloniki over repeated attacks on local man
A council of misdemeanors court judges in Thessaloniki on Tuesday indicted two men, a Greek and a Georgian national, to face an investigating magistrate in connection with repeated assaults on a 54-year-old resident of the northern port over the past few months.
The attacks – which included rigging the victim’s motorbike with a hand grenade on two occasions and shooting him in the face with a pistol – were planned by the Greek and carried out by the Georgian, according to police who spoke of a settling of accounts.
