Police cordon off street in Kolonaki after National Bank bomb threat

Police cordoned off Skoufa Street in the central Athens neighborhood of Kolonaki oN Friday morning after an anonymous caller warned that a bomb had been planted outside a National Bank of Greece branch there.

Police and bomb disposal experts rushed to the scene after to warning calls were made to Ethnos and Eleftherotypia newspapers shortly before 10 a.m.
